Ken Wollins, General Manager
Ken has been with Green Point since 2005. In one way or another, Ken has spent most of his career driving revenue in the content development and publishing world. Since 2002, Ken has worked with data-intensive companies to help them streamline their operations and generate cost efficiencies through outsourcing. He has worked at Ziff Davis, Harvard Business School Publishing, and Datamatics.
Mikki Dorn, Chief Operating Officer
Mikki has served in senior management positions with leading Fortune 500 Companies. She has championed innovations in the customer service field, marketing, and call center management. She is well known and respected in all these fields in both Israel and Canada.
Nagesh Pai, Director of India Operations
Nagesh has spent nearly his entire career in e-publishing and online information. He has designed and implemented XML-based systems for numerous clients in the STM, legal, and financial verticals and has held executive positions at DNC and Datamatics.
Roshan Pillai, Chief Technical Officer
Roshan is a mathematician with vast experience designing and delivering high-performance web-based applications. In addition to his day-to-day role, he leads our team of .NET developers, who strive to automate processes in order to save costs and meet increasing customer expectations.
Kavitha Balasubramanian, HR Director of India Operations
An MBA from one of the premier institutes in Mumbai, Kavitha has been in the field of HR since 1999. She joined Green Point in 2005. Prior to joining Green Point, Kavitha held key positions in Human Resources with TCS Limited (Asia’s largest software and services organization) and BCCL (The Times of India Group).
Miriam Weed, Director of Legal Operations
Miriam joined Green Point in 2006 as Manager of the Legal Editorial Department and was appointed Director of Legal Operations in May 2009. Miriam has combined her legal training and extensive freelance editing experience to develop Green Point’s excellence in all areas of the legal publishing field.
