Quality – The Centerpiece of Green Point’s Success
We believe that rigorous adherence to quality is a critical component of each process. At Green Point we recognize that the end result of our process must be consistently-high quality – quality that does not waver, regardless of project volume or pricing level. In view of this, our workflow is designed to ensure a high level of output accuracy. We control the projects by continually defining, measuring, analyzing, and improving the output. To assure that this is achieved, we developed our own rigorous quality discipline. Its keynote elements include:
- Effectively maintaining the quality management system
- Benchmarking for continuous improvement
- Ongoing training and development
- Quality calibration sessions are held to evaluate performance against SLA
- Rigorous quality control (QC) through every step of the workflow process
- Granular tracking of error rates and production efficiencies
- QC to achieve an internal accuracy level higher than the quoted delivery accuracy rate, to maintain a safety margin
- Dynamic QC sampling rates based on an historical view of accuracy fluctuations
- Treating repeated errors as “red flags,” and identifing and effectively treating root causes
